My 5 years experience at Midwich/IDT has seen a transition in my role as Professional Audiovisual (AV) Specialist. I have acquired skills in all technical aspects of creating digital AV Solutions with state-of-the-art trends and out of the box ideas. From supporting our Sales team to drafting complex AV IT designs merging AV and IT. Helping our customers meet their objectives through the use of technology is the best part of my job.

A typical day involves working with the team to analyse and solve technical problems, or meeting with clients to build solutions for various AV/ICT problems. The major brands I represent are Haivision to provide High quality IPTV streaming solutions, Avitech for broadcast and multi-viewing and Wireless collaboration with Mersive Solstice. Also worked with Datapath, Infocus Jupiter and Leyard Planar to design and support mission critical Video-wall Solutions.

My track record of managing and maintaining ICT infrastructures is complemented by a meticulous approach to smooth-running business operations. Qualified to industry standards, I closely track the latest technologies and apply them to my duties wherever possible.
