I have been with Midwich since October 2015. My main responsibility is supporting our customers on the technical side of the business. Vendors that I specialise in are BrightSign and Atlona, but of course can help out with any of our current products.

I've contributed to training installers on how to use our products effectively and provided guidance to troubleshooting. Demonstrations of the products are also available for customers to show the capabilities of the products.
